We have changed our names. You knew us as Champion Friction and Advanced Friction Technologies. We are now Champion Technologies! Our customers now have the benefits of Champion Friction's 78 years of friction industry experience and Advanced Friction's innovative friction materials.

Our decades of knowledge and superior manufacturing capabilities for hundreds of different friction applications make us the logical choice to fill your need for off-the-shelf and custom friction products.

Champion Friction Co. was founded in 1927 by W. H. Clubb in Aberdeen, Wash. Mr. Clubb pioneered the laminated “Champion” friction block.

Four generations later, Champion Technologies continues that tradition of innovation today, working with Original Equipment Manufacturers and our own research and development department to provide the highest quality friction materials for applications ranging from military vehicles to saw guides.
